How is My GiveBack Hub different from a lead generation service?

Lead sellers resell the same enquiry to whoever pays for it. My GiveBack Hub caps how many providers participate in a category and market, and the introduction arrives through a nonprofit the customer already trusts. You are not bidding for attention you have already paid for.

How many providers participate in each category?

A small number per category in each market. The exact cap varies by category and by how much demand a market supports. When a category reaches capacity, applications for it close until a position opens.

Do you guarantee leads?

No, and you should be sceptical of anyone who does. My GiveBack Hub is a customer acquisition channel, not a volume contract. What is committed is the structure: limited participation, introductions that originate through a nonprofit community, and no per-lead billing.

Do I pay per lead?

No. Provider participation is a flat recurring membership rather than per-lead billing, so the cost does not change with the number of introductions you receive.

How does the giveback work?

When a customer chooses a participating business and the work is completed, the transaction supports a nonprofit in the community that introduced them. The customer sees that their project supported their cause; you quote your normal rates.

Do I have to discount my services?

No. You quote your normal rates. The giveback is part of the participation model, not a discount demanded from you at the point of sale.

How are providers selected?

Established local businesses with a solid reputation, properly licensed and insured. Where a trade requires a licence, we verify it. Being first to apply does not by itself secure a position.

What happens when my category is full?

We tell you rather than leave you waiting. You can ask to be notified when a position opens in your category and market, and we contact you when one does.

Which markets are available?

My GiveBack Hub is being built market by market, starting in the Phoenix metro area. If your area is not live yet, we will tell you rather than sign you up for nothing.
