Be the organizer a homeowner will let inside

Decluttering means opening closets, cabinets and personal paperwork to a stranger. Phoenix homeowners are far more willing when the introduction comes through a nonprofit they already support.

Organizing has always been a referral business: the work goes to whoever someone the homeowner trusts already vouched for. My GiveBack Hub makes that referral repeatable, and it arrives at the moment the decision is being made — a move, a downsize, or a garage they have finally decided to reclaim.

02 · Why join

Why home organizers join the network

What participation changes about where your home organization work comes from, and who you are competing with when it arrives.

Introductions come through a nonprofit the homeowner already supports, which settles the trust question before you are standing in their closet.

One room becomes the whole house. Organizing clients expand the scope in front of you, and come back at the next transition — a move, a new baby, a parent downsizing.

Every completed job contributes to a local charity the homeowner chose. In a trade that already ends with a carload of donations, that lands better than a discount.

Flat membership rather than per-lead billing, so a busy January costs you no more than a slow September.

03 · How it works

How My GiveBack Hub Turns Community Trust Into New Business

A flywheel, not a funnel. Nonprofits bring their supporters, supporters bring their projects, and completed work gives back to the nonprofit that started it.

In four steps

  1. Nonprofits engage their supporters

Local nonprofits introduce My GiveBack Hub to the people who already trust them: donors, volunteers, members, families.

  2. A supporter needs a service

A failing system, a leak, a roof after a monsoon. Instead of searching a directory of strangers, they start with their own community.

  3. My GiveBack Hub connects them with participating providers

Participation is capped by category and market, so the introduction reaches a short list of vetted businesses, not an auction.

  4. Completed work gives back

When the job is done, the work contributes to the nonprofit that made the introduction. The customer gets their project finished, and their cause benefits.

04 · The difference

Tired of Paying for the Same Lead as Everyone Else?

My GiveBack Hub was built differently. Not a better marketplace for buying attention. A different structure underneath.

Not a Shared Lead

You are not racing three other providers who bought the same phone number. Participation is capped by category and market, by design.

Capped participation

Introduced Through Trust

The introduction originates through a nonprofit community the customer already supports. The credibility conversation is largely over before you arrive.

Nonprofit introduction

A Reason to Choose You

Completed work supports a cause the customer already cares about. That gives them a reason to choose you that has nothing to do with being the cheapest quote.

Beyond price

Membership, Not Per Lead Billing

A flat recurring membership. You are not charged again every time someone fills in a form, and a busy season does not cost you more.

No per-lead fees

06 · Questions

Common Questions

The things home organizers want settled before they talk to anyone at My GiveBack Hub.

How is My GiveBack Hub different from a lead generation service?

Lead sellers resell the same enquiry to whoever pays for it. My GiveBack Hub caps how many providers participate in a category and market, and the introduction arrives through a nonprofit the customer already trusts. You are not bidding for attention you have already paid for.

How many providers participate in each category?

A small number per category in each market. The exact cap varies by category and by how much demand a market supports. When a category reaches capacity, applications for it close until a position opens.

Do you guarantee leads?

No, and you should be sceptical of anyone who does. My GiveBack Hub is a customer acquisition channel, not a volume contract. What is committed is the structure: limited participation, introductions that originate through a nonprofit community, and no per-lead billing.

Do I pay per lead?

No. Provider participation is a flat recurring membership rather than per-lead billing, so the cost does not change with the number of introductions you receive.

How does the giveback work?

When a customer chooses a participating business and the work is completed, the transaction supports a nonprofit in the community that introduced them. The customer sees that their project supported their cause; you quote your normal rates.

Do I have to discount my services?

No. You quote your normal rates. The giveback is part of the participation model, not a discount demanded from you at the point of sale.

How are providers selected?

Established local businesses with a solid reputation, properly licensed and insured. Where a trade requires a licence, we verify it. Being first to apply does not by itself secure a position.

What happens when my category is full?

We tell you rather than leave you waiting. You can ask to be notified when a position opens in your category and market, and we contact you when one does.

Which markets are available?

My GiveBack Hub is being built market by market, starting in the Phoenix metro area. If your area is not live yet, we will tell you rather than sign you up for nothing.
